No Outsiders: Everyone Different, Everyone Welcome: Preparing Children for Life in Modern Britain.
The No Outsiders programme promotes an ethos of inclusion and tolerance, and aims to prepare children for life in modern Britain. 1 lesson per half term is taught across all year groups from Reception to Year 6.

No Outsiders themes
The No Outsiders program focuses on themes such as:
- Acceptance and respect of diversity: Promoting dialogue to counter fear and hate in society.
- Celebrating differences: Teaching children that being different is something to be celebrated.
- Building self-confidence: Helping children understand and appreciate their unique qualities.
- Recognizing stereotypes: Teaching children to recognize and help out those who may feel an outsider.
- Understanding feelings of being an outsider: Helping children understand and address feelings of exclusion.
- Exploring friendship: Encouraging children to have friends who are different and to include others.
- Understanding empathy: Teaching children to recognize and respond to the feelings of others.
- Exploring and understanding equality: Helping children understand different ideas about equality around the world.
These themes are designed to create a school culture where children, staff, and the entire school community work together to foster an environment of inclusivity through effective spiritual, moral, social, and cultural (SMSC) and character education.
